Pay rent
Paying your rent
Electronically, so the payment is dated and evidenced on both sides.
How to pay
If you are already a resident, the payment details for your tenancy were given to you at move-in. If you do not have them to hand, get in touch and we will resend them — do not guess, and do not send money to an account you have not confirmed with us directly.
If a payment is going to be late
Tell us before the due date rather than after it. A resident who gets in touch early is in a completely different position from one who goes quiet — there is usually something workable, and there is far less of it available once notices have started going out.

A note on scams
We will never ask you to pay rent or a deposit by wire transfer, gift card, or a payment app to a personal account, and we will never ask for a payment method you have not already used with us. If you receive a message claiming otherwise, however convincing, contact us on the number you already have before sending anything.
