About Jake
Jake Goodman runs the administrative side of Livo Properties: rent collection and owner disbursements, the monthly accounting owners receive, vendor invoices and the paperwork that sits behind every tenancy.
He is also the first stop when something does not add up — a payment that has not cleared, an invoice that does not match the work done, an account question from an owner or a resident. Handling that in one place is what lets Maggie and Kevin spend their time on leasing, operations and the properties themselves.
