Why a small team is the point
The commonest complaint owners have about property management is not the fee. It is that nobody at the firm seems to know their property — the portfolio manager changed twice this year, the person who answers has to look the address up, and a question that should take a sentence takes three days.
That is a structural consequence of scale rather than a failure of effort, and the only real defence against it is to stay small enough that it cannot happen. Maggie Li and Kevin Hoang know every property Livo Properties manages, and a dedicated administrator handles the finances and troubleshooting behind them, so their time goes to your building.
